We share your concerns for your health, safety, and welfare. As you are aware, the situation regarding COVID-19 is constantly evolving, and this page was created to help international students with changes/updates to campus issues as well as your immigration concerns.

  • Coronavirus Information from SUNY New Paltz

    Be sure to check your hawkmail email address for updated information; you can also view the latest campus information and updates regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) on the SUNY New Paltz Coronavirus website and FAQ's.

  • International Student Services Office:  

    Our advising is conducted in-person, virtually (video), via email (see contact list below for email address), and by appointments.  You can choose which option works best for you!  You can find more detailed information through this link: Meet with an Advisor.

Resources 

  • The Student Health Center is open and is available to see students who are sick.   Please call first to arrange an appointment:  845-257-3400.   
     

  • The Psychological Counseling Center is available to provide services to students.  Helpful information is available on their website.  To speak with a counselor please call them at 845-257-2920. 
     

  • The Career Resources Center is available to help students refine their resumes, search for jobs and internships and prepare for careers. Please visit their website for additional information about all the services they are offering.  
     

  • The International Student Health Insurance covers Medical and Mental Health services accessed through the TeleDoc service HealthiestYou.  UnitedHealthcare StudentResources and HealthiestYou have partnered together to provide access to doctors and mental healthcare from anywhere you are, even while traveling internationally. You can note your preferred language when you register for this service.  You can register on the HealthiestYou website or download the HealthiestYou app.
