Report Change of US Physical Address
SEVP - Student and Exchange Visitor Program requires all students completing 12 months of OPT and 24 Month STEM OPT to report employment and U.S. address (changes/updates) to International Student Programs. You must report these changes within 10 days of the change.
To make sure you receive the best guidance and ensure your SEVIS record is accurate, we encourage you to use the International Student Platform to report employment changes and change of address.
How to view your current physical address:
From the Personal & Program Page >> Contact Information >> US Physical Address>>
Procedure

Log in to your My OPT Profile.

Click on “2. Requests”

Under “What Can We Help You With”, see your request options, and click on the Contact Information Update.

Update Physical Address Line 1, City, State, Zip Code

Once you have updated your US Physical Address, click Submit.
Special Considerations

If your employment details have changed, be sure to complete the OPT Employer Update in the “What Can We Help You With” section.
To update your US Physical Address, choose the Contact Information Update in your My OPT Profile.
