International Student On-Campus Housing Request

We encourage all new students to live on campus. It is a great way to make friends during your time in New Paltz and to have easy access to campus resources and activities. You can reserve a room on campus by submitting the On-Campus Housing Request by the deadline.

All students living on campus are required to have a meal plan. Please refer to the Food Services website regarding the various meal plans available.

Please note that bedding is not provided in the Residence Halls even during the first night of your stay. All students are required to buy their own twin-XL bedding. You can either bring bedding or purchase it during orientation.

Housing Options

Students who need to stay on campus during academic year break times (i.e. winter recess and spring break) must live in one of the 10-month buildings. International students, athletes, and residents who will student teach during the spring semester will be assigned to one of these halls.

Additional information about information about on-campus housing can be found on the Residence Life website.
